Please advise when I will be refunded for an order placed on the 25th of October which was not processed due to stock issues. As a first time buyer on the site my experience thus far has been rather disappointing. I do not see why I have to be the one making contact to enquire about the refund. This should have been done when I was notified of the status of my delivery (or lack thereof)
Please sort this out today.
