I am very disappointed in the fact that i have msgd WW on their fb page since the 23rd of November and have still not received the assistance i require. please assist with my query: Please urgently advise on returns process for under garments. It was confirmed to me at cavendish branch that it can be returned provided it has not been worn. Please urgently advise. Description: under bust slip - r180.00 code 6009175415491. Thank u|" i sent this msg on your facebook page but am not getting any help. this msg was sent on the 23/11/2013. please contact me via email asap, as i am not available telephonically. i have not yet been to return/ attempted to return at a store to prevent any hassle, thus wanting to confirm first. awaiting your response. turn around time i assume is 24 hours
