I put in an enquiry to the Strubensvalley branch last weekend. The gist of it is that I bought a PVR and Drifta combo box. The Drifta, however, is not working and I was instructed by DSTV to return it. I am not prepared to return the PVR as it's been installed and paired already. Please advise whether I can swap the Drifta only. I do not have time to stand in a queue only to be told that I cannot do this.
Please advise urgently.
PS - I own a restaurant and spend many thousands at your store monthly - please don't jeopardize this.
