On the 09th December after a traumatic experience i took my tyre to Cresta branch to replace the tyre at a cost of R2700. As my tyre is insured the salesman (Peter) had to call them, supply them with a quote so that they could approve my claim. Needless to say that i have called three times and each time he promised to call me back with feedback as he said they were not returning his calls or giving him feedback. When i asked for who he is dealing with and the details so i could personally follow up i was told not to worry he would follow up again and call me.. I am STILL waiting for the call. If it wasn't that my insurance insisted on you as a supplier i would have moved my claim a long time ago.. I am still driving with a biscuit wheel and if i get a flat i am totally!! I find your lack of interest disgusting. I am not paying peanuts for the tyre either but it seems that you are not interested unless i am replacing four tyres and spending a lot more money. I will never use you again.
