I posted a complaint on the Volpes website last week, but it has not even been acknowledged much less addressed.
I bought curtains at Volpes but they did not survive the first wash. The pattern appears to be glued on and not embroided / weaved into the fabric, the material has faded and the curtains have shrunk to such an extent that the lining is now sticking out a couple of centimeters.
This is not what I would expect from a premium product (as it was priced at R850 per curtain) and just goes to show that claims of quality are fake. We are being sold the same poor quality imported goods that is on the shelf at any other discount retailer.
