I visited the Clicks in Westgate Mall Mitchell's Plain to collect a script. I was a assisted by a pharmcist called Clayton. I was concerned about whether i was able to take ablution with the patch that has been prescribed for me and queried this with the pharmacist, explaining my reason for the question He responded very rudery that it is obvisous that if water is able to penetrate the patch it would be useless. He had a terrible attitude and made me feel worthless for asking a question. I explained to him that if water is not able to penetrate i need to discuss another solution with my doctor. He then insisted that it would not be incorrect for me to continue using the patch. When i disagreed with him he interrogated me on my authority for my comment. I advised him that i did not wish to enter into a religious discussion with him, however he perissted and was extremely rude, pointing his finger in my face and shouting at me saying that i should now what i am talking about and if i don't know then i should not make comments etc. I complained about my terrible experience however to date no one has gotten back to me.
