I AM CONCERNED BY THE MANNER MY NIECE (THEODORA NDABA) WAS TREATED BY CHECKERS AGENT ANDREW. SHE WORKED FOR 6 TO 7 WEEKS WITHOUT PAY, WHEN I QUERIED TO ANDREW HE SAID PAYMENT WAS MADE TO NEDBANK ACCOUNT. FOUR DAYS LATER NO MONEY IN THE BANK I CALLED HIM AND HE SAID HE'LL FOLLOW UP. LAST WEEK FINALLY THEY CALLED MY NIECE TO THEIR OFFICES WHERE SHE WAS FORCED TO ADMIT THAT SHE GAVE THEM THE INCORRECT BANK STATEMENT FROM ABSA AND THEY PAID TO THAT ACCOUNT. TELLING HER TO GO AND GET REFUND FROM THE HC NDABA WHO WAS PAID.
MY NIECE HAS NEDBANK ACCOUNT, WHERE WOULD SHE GET ABSA BANK STATEMENT. THEY PAID THE WRONG PERSON AND THEY JUST WANT TO BLAME HER FOR THEIR MISTAKE.
I'M DISSAPPOINTED AND FURIOUS ABOUT ALL THIS, THE ARE PEOPLE WHO STILL OPPRESSES, DEGRADE AND MISTREAT OTHER PEOPLE.
MY NIECE GAVE THEM THE NEDBANK STATEMENT AND HER ID COPY WHEN SHE STARTED WORK AND I NEED THEM TO PAY ALL THE MONEY DUE TO HER.
