I do my daily shopping at the Pick 'n Pay Bosman (Pretoria) and each day I am subjected to the poor service at this particular store. If it is not a cashier chatting to her colleague while attending to you, then its cashiers with attitude and do not want to pack groceries for you & even have the audecity to tell me the customer that I should pack them myself, the last straw is being harassed by the security guard. I come in daily carrying my handbag and laptop backpack and they never say anything, but today because I had jeans, sneakers and sweater carrying my laptop backpack, I was told to leave the bag at the parcel counter when I informed the security guard that my purse as well as laptop & tablet were in this bag, I was told I have an attitude. Its ok for them to harrass a customer and when you respond its an attitude. I ended up walking out without buying anything. I will shop at the Chris Hani Mall where they understand customer service. This branch is pathetic & bad at providing customer service. But todays incident was the worst as I was humiliated, the two security guards even arrogantly told me to go away when I said I was not shopping anymore. They caused a scene
