I purchase a Packard Bell Laptop from you in August 2013. I use it at home and all my son's birthdays are on there (video and picture). Now my hard drive is busted. I take it in and am told to wait 6 weeks, if it is the hard drive they will replace it!
Firstly, what about my info? How are you going to give me 3 years of my sons life back???
Secondly, how can you fix something that is 4 months old? This is utterly disgusting!
Your service and I will never purchase anything from you as it will cost me dearly in memories!
A NORMAL LAPTOP LIFE SPAN IS 2 YEARS DEFINITELY NOT 4 MONTHS!
