Chicken nuggets that were rotten

I purchased chicken nuggets from checkers roodepoort on the 24 September 2013 at their hyper store on 14th ave, the expiry date on the box is 14 may 2014, last night I opened the box to prepare some, the nuggets are however rotten, they have even started turning a blackish brown and smell of, decay, clearly the refrigeration in this store is poorly managed, this situation poses a health risk to the consumer, and a financial loses for goods which one cannot uses. I hope to have this matter expedited by yourself and to be resolved amicably as your retail option is my preferred one which i do large volumes of monthly shopping, however I however if nothing is done i would not put my family health at risk by being at risk of purchasing rotten or expired goods from the Checkers group. I prefer email response as I do not take calls during the day
