Delivery Instructions Ignored and Incomplete Deliv

I bought a new bed from their Parkview branch in Pretoria, arranged for the delivery date etc.

When the day arrives they kept messing me around with the delivery time and left me waiting 3 hours. Then when the delivery finally did arrive they did not have all the parts for assembly with them. When trying to get in contact with their warehouse, they kept dropping my call, compounding my frustration.

I have requested that they cancel my order and give me a full refund for their incompetence.
