My mom retired in 2005, she is a pensioner. I personally went to close her account with her 9 years ago. Your debt collectors called today and have all contact details correct including postal address. if you have all details why coming back after 9 years to collect R295.00. I want to know who used the account as she closed it and why you didn't contact us in the past 9 years??? If I get all satisfactory answers I will pay the account immediately - as I handle all her financial matters.
