It is quiet sad that the consumer ought to be treated with the highest regard but sadly some stores don't care much about their customers. I'm a daily shopper at Checkers Cascades, however one of my latest experiences with them was pork sausages that were on special. I got to the store only to be told by the merchandiser they were not on special for R21.99.However i double checked their weekly leaflet on their website and found it was advertised for R21.99.On calling the Manager at the store he apologised and said he will give me the item for the price it stated. After me exlplaining to him i already did my shopping in my lunchbreak, he stll offered i come to the store. I was going to purchase the sausages for supper. so alternatively i had to make another plan. My point here is after me telling the Perishable's manager my bad experiences i had previously at the store and that i'm a daily shopper but after this incident i will never shop at the store, he still didnt' respond to that. Every Tuesday this store has staff training, yet you will still find arrogant cashiers who don't bother to greet u at the till points and other staff members who are unhelful in the aisles.
