How many times should one person have to call on a supermarkets scan right policy? Everytime I step into our local pick & pay I am on guard! And I am constantly getting stuff for free! Catching the before they catch me. Here is my problem. Our town is full of old and poor people. Most of them unable to remember every single item and the price you quoted. How does Pick & Pay feel about taking more money from them than they should? Yes mr Jonathan Ackerman, you changed your policy to better suit your own pocket.
