REFUND DUE TO ME

Good day,

I went to Russels, Nothgate on the 17/11/2013 to make a purchase, i asked them if tey do deliver in Lesotho and the sales lady, Alaine said yes but there will find out on Monday the 18th since it was on Sunday, she then said i can still make a payment of which i did on the 17/11/2013- on Monday, 18/11/2013- i went to the sore to find out and i was told that they cannot deliver to Lesotho, i then asked for my refund and i was told that the store cannot refund more than R5, 000.00- I asked to complete a refund form, i did. on the 19/11//2013 i called to find out when will my money be paid out, i spoke to Ntebogeng who told me it takes 7 days- i asked her their head office number and she gave me this 0112110100 of which i called but it was not Russells number. Yesterday, 26/11/2013, i spoke to Ntebogeng again as it was the 7th days and still my money was not paid out, she took my number and said she will call me but she never did. i also called their custome line 0800110775 of which it was only ringing and drops- i am really not happy with the service i received from Russells, one is not my fault that they cannot deliver to Lesotho, i need my Money ASAP, POOR SERVICE
