This is my second report. Kalahari has still not paid back my credit, it has been 17 work days now. They can't give me the financial departments tel no. I keep getting the same answer - our financial department is looking into it. Why do they take so long to respond, all they need to do is to put the credit back on my Kalahari profile. I am fed up with this kind of service from them. I really need some advice where and who do I contact to lodge legal complaint against Kalahari.
