Purchased Mellerware Halogen Heater 23 April 13. Returned it faulty 04 /06. Replaced. Returned faulty 11/07.
Replaced. Returned faulty 2 months later. Manager aggressively accused me of abusing the heater although same was in mint appearance condition. I offered to pay for an inspection of my premises and electrical set up if found wanting. Offer Ignored. Told to wait for his suppliers comment. After a letter from me I was told to collect "repaired"heater and that the 2 year guarantee was no longer valid. I requested in writing that I be refunded the purchase price. I was told that my written request would be torn up and thrown away as trash.
