I was searching for a couch manufacturer and came across Modafurn website, I loved the Cradle design so I requested a quotation, the price wasn't bad either. I decided to do some research on the company and was met with some negative feedback online. So I communicated this back to the owners and they assured me of their high service levels. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I have to admit that I was tremendously impressed with their service as well as workmanship on the couch. I live in JHB so the couch had to be delivered to me. It arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely use Modafurn again and I sincerely recommend them to anyone interested. I dealt with Roddie, he always kept in touch with me on the manufacturing progress and was overall very nice to deal with.
