On 21 November, I went to the Centurion mall branch and bought towels etc. One of the towels did not have a price tag, and an assistant was sent to fetch one with a price tag. She fetched a bath sheet instead of a towel, and the product was scanned incorrectly. I only saw it after the transaction was finished. I immediately notified the cashier, who tried to rectify it. I stated that I want the refund done to my card, as I paid with the card. Guess what. It was done as a cash refund. I specifically stated I do not want cash! Who is going to pay the bank charges and time for me to go and put the cash in the bank again!!
