I am disgusted by the pathetic level of service I received as a customer. On the 1st of Nov 2013 I bought a laptop and paid the full amount in cash. I was told they did not have it at that moment so as a functional customer I was willing to wait for it. Up until today (15th Nov) I have not received any feedback or what so ever. I therefore decided to go back to the shop to only find out that I was wasting my time, they still do not have it. is this how all House & Home customers are treated?? I cannot believe that such a well known shop could treat their customers so poorly.
