Ears alberton rude and unable to work with client

I picked up a problem with my account threw africa bank that funds bears africa bank realized the problem was on their side and then bears proceeded to phone me and porscha the lady that phoned me didn't even give me a chance to explain that we have sorted it out with africa bank already instead she shouts at me and is rude to me and says I better go in and show her who messed up well let me tell u lady I am not a child I have sorted it out with africa bank and they will not get any service frim me again and will make sure not to show people to their door ever again as I am a good account payer and for one month that messed up cause of others I must get this treatment well sorry no more
