25th September 2013 I sent back damage bag to the address I was given (78 Main Rd, Wynberg) to return the goods via post and fax the slip I will be refunded and said it will take 14 days to respond, second week of October I called to check how far my query is and no one knew what was happening and was asked again to send proof of postal which i did; end October I called again was same problem no one knew and was asked to fax i did and they were to check at the warehouse and come back to me, no one has done that till today. I am very disappointed at the service I'm receiving from a high retail company, I DON'T LOOK FORWARD TO DOING ANY FUTURE DEALS WITH THEM AND I CAN ASSURE THEM NONE OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL ALSO.
