Empty promise

@Home advertises a 10% voucher for items bought from ones gift registry. My wife and I got married at the end of January. After not hearing anything for some time we decided to contact @home and find out what is happening. They responded that they do not have vouchers in stock at the moment and will get back to us. After a while they let us know that we can come and fetch our voucher. Upon our arrival we were told that our registry has been closed, but they will find out what happened and contact us. After no response for two weeks we went back again just to hear the same story, but with a promise that this time we will hear from them the coming Monday. It is now Wednesday, nine months and two weeks since our wedding and still nothing. I am sick of running around after them to remind them of a promise they made!
