A month ago I logged a complaint about service delivery. Edgars never bothers to call you back just sends an email saying they will contact you (will freeze over before they do). I eventually had to call and spoke to Dinao (has no idea what she is doing and makes empty promises to call you back but never does - called back 4 times for her) and Kululane (a rude arrogant man who hung-up twice on me). This is the type of useless incompetent people Edgars uses to assist its paying clients!
