Good day,
several times I have been shopping in the Bedford Centre branch of Cotton On. The goods are nice, if pricey, and I have bought a couple of pairs of ladies pumps, which I'm very happy with.
My complaint is the very loud music played in the shop, I politely asked for it to be turned down a bit, but was ignored. So instead of browsing further and possibly making more purchases I couldn't get away fast enough! I can understand the dreadful music up loud at the weekend when younger people are shopping - but early on a quiet Monday morning? I can only suppose it was entirely for the staff's benefit, which is usual in most shops these days, to with the customer's comfort.
So - I won't be back.
