I received a call from ITC (Leticia) that I should settle my account with Edcon (Cuthberths) on the 09th October 2013 for R122, 01 and that my account has been handed over to the lawyers. Since I knew that I have settled my account in 2010, this came as a suprise that I am still owing.

I then lodged a complaint with Edcon on the 9th October spoke to Mbali who could not help. On the 14th spoke to Mphala who could not help. On the 17th Spoke to Victoria, 18th spoke Senzo, Nhlanhla and Sandile who still could not help. On the 21st spoke to Cyntia and Tshepo (said she will refer the matter to a manager). On the 31st October I spoke to Linda Motsei (a manager), who said my matter has been investigated and I will receive a feedback in due course. To date I am still waiting for a response and my name will be on ITC for BAD DEPT for their admin errors. Please Help!
