I purchaced an engagement ring from your branch in Polokwane (mall of the North). It was sent to the headoffice for upsizing and I recived it 4 weeks later. I was about to get engaged on the 5th of November 2013 and I saw that one of the small stones on the ring was missing. I cancelled the proposal seeing that I cant give my future fiance a broken piece of jewellery. I contacted the store and was told that it would take another 3 to 4 weeks to fix this. I specifically went to NWJ because of the quality standard you uphold, so what happened and how can it be fixed withing a week???
