Last week on Monday I requested a size 8 of men's sleepers and was promised it was going to be ordered from Northgate branch and I would receive it in a week, two weeks later and still nothing, I have made several calls and even spoke to the manager name withheld, and walked into their store again - and still nothing, only empty promises. Sibusiso from Woolworths Rosebank has no knowledge of customer service, he has no respect for customers nor his job. When I walked into the store for the 3rd he made me wait for about 20 minutes and he looked like I was there to bother him, he really needs to be sat down and given a clear explanation of his job description, he needs to be taught that every customer is just as important as the one who just walked out. I am appalled by his bad service and doubt I will ever buy anything from their store.
