What great service!

I just wanted to say well done to Patience at Canal Walk.

I emailed through an order for a guest house we are busy revamping and she sorted and located all items for me, and even confirmed with another branch to keep aside the stock their branch didn't have. She called me twice to confirm she has the stock and will keep aside until I can collect (which was yesterday)

It may seem small, but having received great service like this and even going the extra bit really restores ones hope in service.
