An EFT was done one the 31/10. To date no payment reflects on my account. I visited Zevenwachht mall branch on the 04/11. After standing in a queue for 30 minutes with one assistance on the counter and there were two customers ahead of me. I get to the counter. The lady didn't even bother to check my account or call to find out wat is happening. She just said no it takes 5 days and did not help me. I told her but the incorrect reference was used (my card no. Not acc no), she then again just said 5 day. The time frame is absolutly ridiculous as funds don't take that long via eft. Please get your act together because I can't wait so long as I want to close my account ASAP!!
