A big thank you to Guess South Africa / Busby House for the effort taken in ordering and delivering a new pair of jeans to replace a pair that had a design flaw. I was very impressed in particular with the friendliness and efficiency of Lizelle Engelbrecht (Merchandiser) who kept me updated with constant feedback and personally delivered my replacement.
