I have used the Clinique online store twice since it went live and despite my horrible first experience where my order was received completely incorrectly, I once again tried to purchase on Monday (28th Oct) and upon not receiving my product the whole week, I login to the website and see that my items are still in the cart!! How is that possible when I checked out and the credit card payment even went through!! so I phone them on the number supplied and after been passed around from pillar to post, eventually there is NOBODY in their office to help me.
Seriously two incorrect orders in succession!? It is inexcusably pathetic, as an avid online shopper I can assure you that when it comes to your online store, Clinique is way behind the game.
Please sort out my order as I am not prepared to wait yet again whilst you all figure out what it is you are doing!
