I went to Dischem to buy Palmers olive butter lotion, there was two sizes an 8floz and a 12 floz, the smaller size was R36.99 the other one had 40% free and a the label 12 fl oz at the price of the 8floz, which meant they were both the same price, but the price on the shelve foor the bigger size was R46.99 which meant they were charging R10 for something that is free, I went to the info and no-one there could help, I asked for a manager who looked at the bottle and said it depends how you interpret it?? what is there to interpret, it clearly states the larger size at the price of the smaller one, he was not interested I put the bottles down and left the store. I sent an email to Dischem's careline and a after one week no reply, I resent the email asking for a response no reply, I then emailed the head office and no reply, I think Dischem's customer service is disgusting, and they are clearly not interested in the customer.
