I received the ffg sms from MR PRICE: Hi Aresha. Here is R50 off your next purchase on your Mr Price account. Show this promo code instore. Offer valid 24 Oct 7 Nov 2013.T&Cs apply. As a customer I was totally excited to take advantage of this voucher..I pick two promotional items. I go to tillpoint and the system doesn't allow me to continue the sale..The manager and cashier instore has really helped me "thanx girls"..I spoke to mandisa and preya in the credit department..mandisa got cut off and according to preya the cashier was supposed to tell me it doesn't comply wit promotional items..my point is how can I blame the cashier when it wasn't stated in the sms..NO SYSTEM WATSOEVER..I'm actually considering closing my account because of such poor service..Preya you can't just say SoRRY to a customer because of your departments misinterpretation of an "sms"..I never had a problem with MR PRICE..this situation really dissapoints me:-(
