I've been trying to get hold of the consultants to assist me on the double debit on my account but ccould'nt get help as the person answering the phone keep on hanging up and if not transfers me to phones that are not answered an when I return to her line she hang up! And I manged to speak to Lora from collections who promised to send me banking details as I had reversed the money and she also promised to send me feedback regarging revesal of money from the Bank. Now can't get hold of her. The service is very bad.
