I had a very unprofessional experience this morning. My husband and I were interested in buying one of the two bedroom units at Mews@Reds. There is a huge banner advertising that the units are open to view daily. We phoned all three agents and not one answered their phones or returned our calls. We also left a message for Zain who I was told after I had to phone to their offices again, was out of the country.
When I phoned to their offices, the lady that answered the phone did not even answer the phone in a professional manner and got extremely irritated with me when I asked her when I could expect a call back from one of their agents. The manager is apparently also out of the country. Unacceptable!! Especially when someone is willing to purchase one of the units!!
