On Saturday 26 October I went to the Foschini in Klerksdorp at the City Mall to pay my account. I used my bank card to make a payment and the system had problems and the cashier who helped said that the amount of R575 didn't go off. I then went to Donna Clair which is also at the City to try and make payment, again the first time the transaction didn't go through. So we tried again for an amount of R300. When I looked at my cellphone i got an sms from my bank confirming that the first payment which was made at Foschini of R575 went through, as well as the amount of R300 which went off from Donna Clair. When I went back to Foschini and asked to be assisted the Store Manager, Quinton Esterhuizen came along already looking half annoyed. So I explained my situation and he just kept and he just went on to talk to me as if I was an and was going on explaining to me how Donna Clair also forms part of the Foschini group. I mean if I didn't know that would I have gone there to make a payment? After that he just walks off as if to say he doesn't have time to deal with me and that was that. This man is just plain rude and obnoxious, and i'm very disappointed.
