This is regarding the poor quality of American Swiss Jewelry as per my previous complaint about American Swiss. Their promises are just as poor as the quality of their jewelry.
On Friday 25th October 2013 Gail Raubenheimer contacted me via email and promised me that the store manager of Americam Swiss, Dalina De Gois, will give me a call at 11am on Friday the 25th October 2013. Still NO RESPONSE from Dalinda De Gois. I then emailed Gail to inform her that Dalina still has not called me... No response from her either.
Bad service!!!
