Sunday 27th October I especially went into Game Cresta to purchase Baby Soft Toilet Tissue at R69.90 which was advertised until the 3rd November plus I wanted some other purchases. I found no stock of the Baby Soft available. I proceeded to speak to Katy Valjee who said she was the Branch Manager and she told me that the product had been sold out yesterday 26th October and said something to the effect that the goods advertised in the leaflet were only available while stocks last. I find this extremely distasteful as any other store would offer a raincheck since the promotion is until the 3rd November as new stocks should be available. I have scrutinised the advert and nowhere does it say "while stocks last" and I found your Manageress to be extremely disinterested and a couldn't be bothered attitude. At that point I did not make any other purchases that I wanted to and left the store feeling extremely upset. Never mind that I had to pay money for nothing for parking and having to walk a fair distance to get to the Game store. In fact I have spent many thousands of rands over the years but as a result of this unpleasant experience I will never support this store again
