I have had veracious issues with staff in Woollies stores, eater not being in the mood to help and just sending you from pillar to post with a long face and disgruntled look or just being plane rude. Because of this attitude I'm not the biggest supporter of Woollies anymore, but Liezl Marie seriously impressed. She went out of her way to help us, was friendly and happy to serve. Even when the Woollies store gave her the runaround when she was trying to find me red shoes, (Now if she gets frustrated, imagine your clients), even then she kept her pose.
Lovely lady and I hope she is used as a model employee.
That said, your staff in most of the stores I've been and that's Centurion and Menlyn in general have horrible staff, so please have a look at them. They are lazy, rude and very unhelpful or the just have this look on there faces as if the world is going to end, but Liezl you can help any customer on any day.
