I paid money to replace my damaged bed in July 2013 and still havent received the new Sealy bed its now 4months of waiting and whenever I make follow-ups Im told they dont have stock. My question is how can you not receive stock in 4 months, whta do you sell to customers if you dont have stock? I just want to get the bed Ipaid for and never purchase from Russells anymore as the service I get is bad because they dont do follow-ups with me Im the one who always have to call them to check what is going on.
