I placed an order online on Monday 21/10 expecting it to arrive on Wednesday. On Tuesday at 13:00 I received an sms to inform me that the couriers now have my parcel and that it would be delivered by 15:00 (Tuesday)
At 15:10 I received a call from TakeALot to apologize for the late delivery as the driver had a flat tire but that my parcel is still on it's way... A driver arrived at my door 10 mins later with another apology, and such a positive attitude. This is great service and it's an absolute pleasure to shop with you - keep up the good work
