Terrible service

I returned a watch to the store after it stopped working on the 4/6/2013. I have not received feedback from the store regarding the status of the repair. I have visited the store three times to enquire and each time I am told someone will contact me with feedback in the following week which NEVER happens. The return watch was recorded on ES 128930.

I am very disappointed with the level of service which can best be described as non existance.
