I placed an order on kalahari's website for my nephew's birthday on 14th October. I received an email on 18th October that delivery would take place on 21 October. After not receiving the package I followed up with kalahari and they informed me that the package was now in Cape Town!
This is very poor service, I am quite frustrated as this is clearly incompetence if the courier company cannot look understand the postal code system in SA.
Please can someone rectify this mess?
