I've just bought a new Samsung laptop and wanted to add extra ram. After waiting for ages at the Service counter to collect theram, I was handed an old brown envelope with what seemed to be used ram not in original packaging. I approached Ruaan to resolve the issue, but was told to wait while he was on the phone. He also tried convincing me that was how they received and sold ram, but we bought additional ram a few weeks ago at the same store which was new and in original packaging, not second hand at new prices. Ruaan has an absolute laxy daisy attitude and should spend more time ensuring clients on his shop are happy. While I was in the shop another lady complained to a salesperson about being abandoned. I regret purchasing anything from this store if this is how managent trues to deceive clients. This laptop
