Kagiso Integrated Services leased my fully-furnished property on behalf of an Accenture employee. The property was handed back to me on 1 August with two Carrol Boyes items severely damaged. Rather than replace the items, they insisted on having them repaired. Two and a half months later, I am still waiting for my items and with each follow-up note I send, I am either ignored or basically fobbed off. I, on the other hand, returned their deposit with no fuss whatsoever. The message - do not let your fully-furnished property to Kagiso or Accenture, because you'll have nothing but frustration and be on the receiving end of shocking treatment (and loss of your property).
