BAD SERVICE - PATHETIC

I ordered a Comforter set 17 piece in September. After about two weeks I phone Homechoice to enquire about my parcel only to find out that it has been delivered to someone else!!! Which now made it my problem to go get a affidavit, fax it through to them like a million times because each time after faxing they need extra information. Someone was supposed to contact me within two weeks to let me know how far they are with the investigation of whom ever took the parcel. Guess what, I am still waiting... and the best part is they have added the set to my account which I don't have... they promised to take the set off my account as I did not receive it but again empty promises. Makes you wonder how the delivery guys work, do they actually wait at someones house for a person to come out because in this case MY PARCEL was given to a stranger claiming to be my friend... whatever happened to the phone call before delivery!!! PLEASE TAKE NOTE I WILL NOT PAY FOR THE SET I DID NOT RECEIVE AND SOMEONE BETTER FIX MY ACCOUNT!!!
