All round disaster!

So when the PnP opened, across the road from my house, I thought YAY! I even went out of my way to get a smart shopper card. From day 1, that place has been a disaster, every time I walk into the shop there are gaping holes in the shelves-and on top of this there have extremely limited stock variety, its dirty, fruits and dairy are expired. So when there are gaping holes in already limited stock, I get very confused. I went in to get Melba toast the other day, they didn't even have the Pick n Pay brand. I asked the cashier (who didn't bother to acknowledge I was there) why shelves were so empty. She told me that maybe the packers were on lunch. I pointed out it was 6pm, she just gave me a look. Not once have I seen a manager or supervisor walking around the shop. Not once has any employee at the shop been helpful let alone greet me. Wake up pnp! Bellair Spar is 3km from you, and there not only do they sell fresh products with at least 3 days before expiry, the managers are walking around greeting and chatting to customers. Cashiers are well trained and polite, and they are more than willing to order anything they dont have. when you close down due to lack of customers- read this!
