I arrived at Southgate branch in a rush to purchase some items for Lunch. There was no diced or cut pumpkin on the shelves and an employee informed me to purchase the full pumpkin and they would cut it into cubes. To my shock I was told that I need to pay extra for the cubbing of the pumpkin. I asked the manager on Duty how is it my fault that there is no diced pumpkin and I have to foot the bill for the chopping. Response to me was that is Veggielands policy and she was off ythe previous day and does not know why there is no diced pumkin on the shelves. You will have to pay for the chopping. The paying is not the issue the fact that they are ripping us off like this is unbelievable. So that means if they don't feel like chopping veggies we the consumers are gona have to fork out money for the service which attracted us to them in the first place because of the convenience. I say to you Veggieland thanks but no thanks, going forward I will take my bussines elsewhere cause I am not important to you as it is evident of the service you delivered to me.
