I am the proud owner of a brand new DEFY washing machine. I won it recently in your Staf-soft lucky draw. The machine is sitting in the store which is about ten minutes from my home. Unfortunately I cannot collect it. I have a tiny, tiny car and it won't fit on my roof even. Please, I am asking Colgate nicely if you can try and assist me with the delivery to my home which as I say, is only a few minutes away. Please can you try?
